莲藕薏仁煲排骨汤
适饮:
祛湿清热,健脾益胃,强壮筋骨,预防流感。
材料:
莲藕1斤 (约600克)
薏仁1两 (约37.5克)
排骨1斤 (约600克)
清水2500毫升
盐 适量
(一般煲汤的方法煲,三小时)
