材料: 圆条形蛋豆腐2条 胜瓜1条 蒜泥1/3茶匙 太白粉适量 料酒少许
调味料
鸡精粉1/4茶匙、蠔油1/4茶匙、酱油1/4茶匙、胡椒粉少量、盐1/4茶匙、黑酱油少许
做法
将豆腐1切8块,放入油里炸至金黄色,备用。把胜瓜削去厚皮,切块后再沸水至半熟,备用。热油,爆香蒜泥,加入150ml的清水、豆腐、胜瓜和调味料拌匀。炆至胜瓜变软和入味后以太白粉沟欠。最后再加上料酒即可。
