香橙牛油蛋糕
材料 :
鲜橙汁– 30ml (鲜橙榨汁)
鲜橙皮削-少许
蛋– 1个
Baking powder – 1/4 tsp
低粉 - 75g
Castor sugar – 50g
牛油– 50g
做法 :
1)牛油加糖打至发白,分次加入蛋液打至混合,再加入鲜橙皮削搅拌均匀.
2)加入粉类和鲜橙汁轻拌匀.
3)175 C – 25 min 或至熟.
P/S : 如果用浓缩橙汁的话,请自行调整份量,因为浓缩橙汁会比较酸
